Children’s Yoga with the Heartstrings program through Children’s Hope Alliance. This is yoga for children in the foster care system.
Adaptive Yoga- Yoga for the special needs community in Iredell County. This is a chair and mat hybrid class that is designed to be accessible for all levels of ability.
Chair Yoga at the Council on Aging- this is a chair class to the low income seniors through the council on aging program at Statesville Housing Authority.
South Iredell Senior Center- Chair Yoga for seniors
